Supply Chain  Leadership Bulletin

Corporate Culture and modern, digital leadership are highly complex topics. They are at the same time of crucial importance for a successful digital transformation in a VUCA environment.

The supply chain segment, which has always tended toward the traditional and conservative, now finds itself in the midst of the digital transformation. It has been challenged by new digital business models and has to compete with multiple segments for skilled and capable heads.

Dealing with the issues of leadership, corporate culture and personalities is integral to our day-to-day business. It is nevertheless a challenge to separate relevant publications, concepts and consultancy approaches from the rest, and to assess which of these can be adapted for the supply-chain segment.

Which is why we established the Supply Chain Leadership Bulletin:

…to share intelligence

… to cut to the heart of vital issues

and deliver opinion informed by supply-chain and logistics specifics, as well as our own senior-management expertise

We look forward to a lively dialog with you!
